The 2027 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Education (AIIE 2027) will be held at South China Normal University, Guangzhou, China, from October 15 to 17, 2027. The conference is sponsored by South China Normal University, China, hosted by the Key Laboratory of Artificial Intelligence and Smart Education of South China Normal University, China, and assisted by the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao University Alliance for Primary & Secondary Schools STEAM Education, China.

Following the success of previous conferences, AIIE 2027 warmly invites researchers, educators, and practitioners to submit original research papers and share their latest findings and innovations in artificial intelligence, machine learning, educational technology, intelligent tutoring, and AI-driven education. The conference will provide an international platform for academic exchange and collaboration, featuring keynote speeches, panel discussions, and interactive sessions on emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in intelligent education.

About Publication Proceedings Submissions will be peer-reviewed by 2–3 technical committee members or reviewers. Accepted papers after proper registration and presentation will be published in the AIIE 2027 Conference Proceedings.

Call for Papers: The 2027 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Education (AIIE 2027) serves as a forum for presenting new advances and research results in the fields of artificial intelligence and intelligent education. Papers describing advanced methodologies, prototypes, systems, tools and techniques and general survey papers indicating future directions are also encouraged. Call for Special Sessions: AIIE 2027 invites researchers, academics, and industry experts to propose and organize Special Sessions within the conference. Special Sessions provide a focused forum for in-depth discussion on emerging topics, niche research areas, or innovative applications of AI and intelligent education. Special Sessions run parallel to the main conference tracks and offer organizers the opportunity to curate a targeted program around a specific theme, attracting like-minded researchers and fostering community engagement.

While proposals in any area of AI and intelligent education are welcome, the following topics represent key focus areas for AIIE 2027. Proposals outside these areas are also encouraged, provided they align with the conference scope:
