Demonstrated hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent) applied to software engineering or QA workflows.Experience implementing UI visual regression and comparison testing frameworks (e.g., Applitools, Percy, Playwright, or similar) in a CI/CD pipeline.Proven experience leading or contributing to DORA metrics measurement and improvement efforts across engineering teams.Experience in applying different techniques, tools, and approaches based on context.Experience testing technically complex systems including microservice-oriented and distributed systems with fail-safe requirements.Experience with shift-left testing (early in development) and shift-right testing (in production environments) techniques.Strong problem-solving skills; critical thinking and attention to detail.Excellent communication and influencing skills for collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.Knowledgeable about performance tuning, scalability, security, reliability, and other non-functional testing concepts.
