Bachelor’s Degree or higher in: Data Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related applied quantitative field. Advanced degree desired.
10+ years of progressive experience in providing leadership and managing an analytics team with at least 7+ years in marketing analytics in health care (Life Science) industry or analyticsConsulting and professional services management experience (agency experience a plus)Life Science experience preferredKnowledgeStrong understanding of the mechanics of data structures, business intelligence, advanced data science and statistical modeling methodologies.Experience with SQL, business intelligence tools and statistical programming (e.g., Python) and strong understanding of hiring & skill assessment in these disciplines is required.
