is looking for a talented Creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Dhaka.About PenstonPenston is an established education group in Bangladesh working across international education, IELTS, academic programmes and student recruitment. With multiple education brands and operations, our creative team works on everything from digital campaigns and social media to print publications, events, campus branding and large-format installations.We are looking for someone who can help us take that visual communication to the next level.The RoleWe’re not looking for someone who simply knows how to operate design software.We want a creative thinker who can take a basic idea, campaign objective or marketing brief and turn it into a strong visual concept — across digital, print, AI-assisted design and physical branding.🎨 Digital & Social Media• Social media creatives, advertisements and campaign visuals• Develop original concepts rather than simply following templates• Adapt campaigns across different platforms and dimensions• Maintain strong and consistent brand identities🤖 AI-Assisted Creative Design• Strong understanding of AI-powered design and image-generation tools• Use AI for concept development, visual generation and creative exploration• Write effective prompts and refine AI-generated outputs• Combine AI with Photoshop/Illustrator to create professional final artwork• Use AI as a creative tool — not as a substitute for originality and design fundamentals🖨️ Print & Production• Brochures, flyers, posters, certificates, folders, booklets and other materials• Prepare technically accurate, print-ready artwork• Understand paper sizes, GSM, bleed, margins, crop marks, DPI and CMYK/RGB• Practical knowledge of digital and offset printing📐 Large-Format & Branding• Vinyl stickers, glass branding, wall graphics, banners, backdrops, roll-ups and signboards• Understand real-world measurements, dimensions, scaling and resolution• Develop creative concepts for campuses, offices, events and exhibitions• Work effectively with printers and fabricators from design through productionWhat We’re Looking For✓ Strong Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator skills✓ Strong understanding of AI-assisted creative design✓ Excellent creative thinking and visual storytelling✓ Strong typography, composition, colour and layout skills✓ Practical understanding of print and production✓ Ability to create original concepts, not just template-based designs✓ Strong attention to detail and brand consistency✓ Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines✓ InDesign, motion graphics and video-editing skills are an advantageYour Portfolio Matters MostShow us how you think, conceptualise and execute.We would particularly like to see examples of digital campaigns, AI-assisted creative work, branding, print materials and large-format designs.Shortlisted candidates may be given a practical creative assignment.📍 Dhaka💼 Full-Time🏢 On-site
