3+ years Airports leadership experience requiredBusiness leadership experience with a significant level of internal and external dependencies and relationships.Possess strong business acumen to deliver departmental plans including budget.Proven ability to multitask & handle changing priorities.Confident in presenting materials and reports to the next 2 levels.Post-secondary education with a business application an asset.Ability to manage multiple leaders and locations simultaneously.Proficient in PC based applications, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and Outlook.Ability to travel & spend time away for significant periods of time.Project management skills considered an asset.Knowledge of International regulations and guidelines (for example - TSA/Civil Aviation, UK High Commission etc.) an asset.Proven track record of effectively influencing leadership teams via handling partners and developing strong direct leadership teams.IATA SGHA experience would be beneficial.
