Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is a plus— but what truly matters is what you can build. A standout portfolio or equivalent hands-on experience is just as valued.3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing.Proven experience managing and optimizing automated email campaigns.Hands-on experience with email marketing and CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into action.Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving agency environment.Experience working with e-commerce, SaaS, or digital-first brands is a plus.
