• MBA in Finance / Master's in Accounting from a reputed university.• FCA, FCCA, CFA, or other relevant professional qualification will be strongly preferred.🔹 Experience & Competencies• 12–25+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, preferably in a large composite textile, knitwear, apparel, or RMG group in Bangladesh.• Strong expertise in financial planning, cash flow management, banking operations, trade finance, Back-to-Back LCs, taxation, VAT, audit, and statutory compliance.• Strong understanding of Bangladesh's financial and regulatory environment.• Proven experience in managing banking relationships, project financing, loans, and trade facilities.• Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.• Ability to work closely with Top Management and contribute to strategic financial and business decisions.
