Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.MBA/Master’s in HRM or a relevant field will be preferred.PGD in HRM or Diploma in Social Compliance will be an added advantage.
2–4 years of relevant experience in Factory HR, preferably within the garments, textile, or manufacturing industry.Practical experience in factory HR operations, worker management, employee relations, and labour law compliance.Experience working with workers, supervisors, production teams, and factory management.Strong understanding of HR documentation, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle processes.
