Experience in FMCG, Telco, and MFS will be an added advantage.অন্যান্য যোগ্যতা ও শর্ত:Extensive travel across the countryHigh level of data handling ability is a mustProficient with modern analytics tools and technologiesAbility to think strategically and the ability to frame business problemsPresentable and deadline-drivenAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamExcellent written and oral communication skills in English and Banglaমূল দায়িত্বসমূহ:In person and remotely connect with clinics and pharmacies, observe and guide business/ service operations management at the local level and take initiatives to address issues that are critical for clinics revenue performance.Drive initiatives to achieve set revenue target.Engage with customers, in person and over phone.Work in collaboration with service quality, marketing, HR, and operations, legal, and procurement teams to provide necessary support to clinics in the area of service quality, new initiatives, cost containment, promotion, staffing and timely supplies respectively, to achieve the common goal of business growth.Assist unit head to deliver daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly analytics on key business indicators to management.Raise flags on local-level issues of sensitive nature.Carry out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.২নং নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি১. Medical Officerপদ: নির্দিষ্ট নয়বেতন ও সুযোগ-সুবিধা:আলোচনা সাপেক্ষেশিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা:Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) with a valid BM&DC registration. Training/ certified course in ultrasonography (CMU/ DMU).অভিজ্ঞতা:06 (six) months’ experience in providing Primary Health care (PHC)/ Essential Services Packages (ESP)অন্যান্য যোগ্যতা ও শর্ত:Excellent counselling, communication and interpersonal skills.Punctuality and Time management skills.Ability to work under pressure.Sensitivity to cultural differences and understanding of political and ethical issues.Ability to present problem-solving/analytical skills in clinical programs.Work independently with minimal supervisionমূল দায়িত্বসমূহ:Provide high-quality ESP services as per SHN standards and protocol.Assist Clinic Manager to maintain Quality Circle at the clinic level.Assist Clinic Manager for expansion and rollout of ESP services.Comply with TIAHRT policy.Assist Clinic Manager to implement QMSEnsure standard infection prevention procedure and safe waste disposal system in the clinicProvide hands-on training for the technical staff as and when necessary.Take initiative to increase client satisfaction.Conduct/ support safe normal deliveries according to SHN standards, protocol and national guidelines.Assist surgeon to perform C/S.Provide care for preoperative and postoperative clients.Manage any obstetric and neonatal emergencies.Communicate with on-call surgeons, pediatricians and anesthetists.Provide maternal, child and general health care services.Carry out other duties as and when assigned by the authority concerned.৩নং নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি১.
