Pre-primary curriculum, Education policy.Clear understanding of the Rohingya response situation of the country, education in emergencies, technology-based education, formal and non-formal Education theories and practices etc.Excellent skills in process facilitation and coordination with high standardExcellent skills in training and session facilitationDemonstrated experience on material developmentExcellent team management skillsGood planning and coordinating skillsমূল দায়িত্বসমূহ:The Technical Specialist – Education in Emergency (EiE) plays a vital role in ensuring the successful implementation of donor-funded EiE projects in Cox’s Bazar.Overseeing technical aspects, conducting field visits, providing training, coordinating with partners, and supporting resource mobilization efforts.Supporting the Project Manager in ensuring the quality, timely, and effective implementation of EiE projects in Cox’s Bazar refugee camps and host communities.Ensuring compliance with Education Sector guidelines, project budgets, and SCI quality standards, while identifying implementation challenges and supporting corrective actions.
