A strong degree in a quantitative field, for example data science, computer science, mathematics, physics or engineering.Consulting experience: Ideally 2 to 5 years. Big firm or boutique matters less than having worked on projects directly at the client. Exposure to several industries is a plus.Data science and coding: You understand how ML models work and know your way around databases. Practical data science experience and solid coding skills, above all in Python, are a plus.Hands-on mentality: You try things out directly and enjoy building a first prototype quickly.Presence with clients: You enjoy standing in front of clients, moderate discussions confidently and explain technical content in a way that both the business side and IT understand.Languages: Business-fluent German for the DACH market and fluent English for our internal communication.Teamwork: You like working closely with others.
