Bachelor’s / Honors Degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.Total Industry Experience:15 to 18 years of comprehensive operational leadership experience in Woven Garments, Textile, Buying House, or large-scale Group of Companies.Leadership Rank Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience as an AGM or in a senior production leadership role within a large-scale woven garment manufacturing facility.
