A Master’s degree in Social Science, Development Studies, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, or any other relevant discipline.An advanced degree from a recognised overseas institution or university will be considered an added advantage.
Minimum 12 (twelve) years of relevant professional experience with a reputable organisation.Prior experience working with an International Non-Governmental Organisation (INGO) or development-sector organisation is highly preferred.Demonstrated experience in a senior-level role with strong organisational, managerial, and strategic responsibilities will be an advantage.Experience in the NGO business sector is required.Years of experience may be relaxed for candidates with a fast-track growth record or notable achievements.Proven track record of leading fundraising teams, building strong donor relationships, and securing and managing institutional, bilateral, multilateral, and corporate grants.
